Youth Ministry (Koinonia)

Youth Ministry (Koinonia)

Youth are invited to participate in the Koinonia Youth Ministry beginning second semester of their sixth grade year, and they remain active through their senior year of high school.

“Koinonia” is a Greek word, found in the New Testament, meaning “communion," “fellowship,” and "community.” Koinonia is an expression of God’s desire to be in relationship with all of God’s people.

Through engagement in God’s word, the Koinonia Youth Ministry provides a diversity of opportunities for mission, education, and fellowship that aim to connect youth and parents to God, each other, and all members of the congregation as we seek to live out God’s word together.
