Elementary Children
Teams of four to six teach our older elementaries each Sunday during the school year. Using Presbyterian curriculum written for these grades, teachers have a design for helping Children put all the Bible stories they have learned into context and respond through drama, art, and other appropriate activities.

5th grade curriculum is Old Testament
(Meeting in room E-381-383)

6th grade curriculum is New Testament
(Meeting in room E-385-387)

Younger Elementary Children - Grades 1-4
Our 1st - 4th grades participate in the Rotation Model of Sunday School. Shepherds for each grade meet the children in the Chapel for a brief opening Assembly which includes singing, announcements, receiving an offering, and child-led prayers.

Units of study may be 4 to 6 weeks, with each class rotating weekly among workshops which explore that units' Bible story through a variety of carefully planned workshops. These might include art, drama, computers, music, cooking, games, mission projects, or other activities which enrich each child's understanding of the Bible story.

Parents pick younger elementary children up at their classroom at 10:45 a.m. Door markers, and posted calendars alert parents to their child's location each week.
