Men's Retreat - February 24
The annual Men’s Retreat will be held on Friday, February 24 from 6:30 pm – 9:30 pm at the Horseshoe Bend Clubhouse. Cost: $20.00 Please join this time of fellowship and discussion at what has become a wonderful annual event for men of the congregation. NaCoMe - All -Church Retreat - April 13 - 15

Vacation Bible School – July 23 – 27, 2012

Registration will be open in April. VBS welcomes 4 year olds – third grade children. Members, friends, and grandchildren are all encouraged to participate. With that we do need volunteers to teach, shepherd and lead. Our theme this year is Clean Water for All God’s Children. It is put out by Living Waters for the World, a Presbyterian Mission Organization. Our Bible stories will focus on water themes.

Mission Camp is also July 23 – 27, 2012

Registration will be open in April. All rising 4^th – 7^th grade children are welcome to a wonderful week of mission and fun at Westminster. This group gathers in Goodpasture Hall each morning at 9 am and gets ready to serve missions supported by WPC for the morning. We will also need drivers and chaperones for this group. Wednesday Night Dinners (RSVP here)
Dinner will be served in Fellowship Hall beginning at 6:00 pm, each Wednesday night. In order to be stewards of our resources, we are no longer taking standing reservations for the Wenesday Night Dinners. The church will be taking reservations on a week-to-week basis.

Gym Reservations
If you would like to use the gym, you must be an adult member of Westminster Presbyterian Church (18 or older).  You must complete forms in the church office so that we will have the contact information for the responsible adult in the event of any damages.  Mrs. Anderson maintains the forms and the calendar of gym time availability in the church office.  You may contact here at 292-5526 or by email: lisa@nashvillewpc.org.
